PRODUCT EXCHANGES and REFUNDS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The customer has the right to return the products purchased from this online store, at their own expense, in the following cases.\n\nFor a product to be eligible for return, it must be unused and in its original packaging. If these conditions are met, the product can be exchanged. The exchange must be made strictly within 14 days from the delivery date, in accordance with the law. The customer has the right to request up to 2 exchanges per product.\n\nThe courier company we cooperate with will be called to collect the package from your location and deliver it to our address, with shipping costs charged to the recipient. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be issued either to your bank account or your card, depending on the payment method used. Shipping costs will be withheld (approximately \u20ac4) to cover the initial shipping and return charges.\n\nRefunds are issued strictly within one business day from the date of product delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. In this case, a photo of the form must be completed and sent to us via email at info@cuddlycandles.gr\n.\n\nThe partner bank is National Bank of Greece. For any other bank, transfer fees are charged to the customer. Refunds to a bank account are processed within 5\u20136 business days.\n\nFor discounted or promotional products, refunds are not available.\n\nAll returned products undergo a thorough quality inspection by our creators. If the product is found to have any damage, defect, odor, moisture, etc., the item will be sent back to the customer and the exchange or refund will not be accepted. In this case, shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer.\n\nIn case of non-receipt of products, the package is returned to the sender and the customer is informed.
