Our company reserves the right to seek restitution from the guardian or custodian for any orders placed by legally incompetent persons.

PRODUCTS - PRICES

Our company guarantees timely updates regarding the availability or non-availability of products but bears no responsibility for their availability. We make every effort daily to provide all the necessary information about each product (technical details, prices, etc.). However, to minimize any potential errors, we recommend that before completing any purchase, you contact us in cases where prices or any other product characteristics seem beyond the usual or reasonable.

The prices listed for the products include VAT of 24%. Shipping costs are not included.

Our company reserves the right to adjust the prices in its online store without being obliged to inform the consumer public.

ORDER CANCELLATION

After the product has been shipped, the package remains with the partner courier company for 10 days. In case of refusal to accept the order, cuddlycandles.gr reserves the right to claim compensation of €8.00 for the transportation cost of the goods.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES and REFUNDS

The customer has the right to return the products purchased from this online store, at their own expense, in the following cases. For a product to be eligible for return, it must be unused and in its original packaging. If these conditions are met, the product can be exchanged. The exchange must be made strictly within 14 days from the delivery date, in accordance with the law. The customer has the right to request up to 2 exchanges per product. The courier company we cooperate with will be called to collect the package from your location and deliver it to our address, with shipping costs charged to the recipient. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be issued either to your bank account or your card, depending on the payment method used. Shipping costs will be withheld (approximately €4) to cover the initial shipping and return charges. Refunds are issued strictly within one business day from the date of product delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. In this case, a photo of the form must be completed and sent to us via email at info@cuddlycandles.gr . The partner bank is National Bank of Greece. For any other bank, transfer fees are charged to the customer. Refunds to a bank account are processed within 5–6 business days. For discounted or promotional products, refunds are not available. All returned products undergo a thorough quality inspection by our creators. If the product is found to have any damage, defect, odor, moisture, etc., the item will be sent back to the customer and the exchange or refund will not be accepted. In this case, shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer. In case of non-receipt of products, the package is returned to the sender and the customer is informed. For defective products, an immediate replacement is made after the product is returned to the company and its condition is assessed. In case of withdrawal or cancellation of payment, if the package has already been shipped, the customer must pay the shipping and return costs. If the package has not yet been shipped, the full amount will be refunded to the customer within 5–6 business days.

Cash on delivery

Pay for your order in cash upon delivery to the courier from the partnered ELTA Courier service. The cash-on-delivery service has an additional cost of €2.

The delivery time, after the product has been shipped, is determined by the courier you selected during your order. An average delivery time after shipping is 3 business days.
